ZIP: Serial Number: Envelope Manager and DAZzle Designer customers can download the latest versions of their software here. To find your serial number by choosing About at the Help menu in the software. DAZzle Express customers will find that information by double-clicking on the black bar at the opening screen of the program. Or, please call us at 800-576-3279 ext 140. Software Update Page Trouble downloading the upgrade or update? Receiving messages stating that the serial number or ZIP code is not correct?
Check and make sure that you are eligible to be downloading.  Also, make sure that you're entering zeroes(0) for your Serial Number instead of the letter O (oh).   If the trouble persists, please check your privacy settings on your browser (you may need to set them to "low").  If that doesn't work,  contact Technical Support.
